RESIDENCE

Hello! I am Lizi Pickup and am the current Artist in Residence at Sabden Primary School. I am a qualified teacher in Art and design but my career took a tangent after graduating, where I worked at CBBC on Art programming behind and in-front of camera.

 

Since leaving the BBC and moving back to Lancashire, I have run my own childrens’ art and craft business and taught pottery to children and adults. I am now a self-employed potter making from a shed at the bottom of my garden in Sabden.

 

I love making and creating things and passing that passion onto whoever will listen!
