KS1 – Create your own comic superhero.
Comics are choc-full of superheroes from Superman to Black Panther. Can you use your imagination and create a comic superhero? This competition will be judged by Jason Ford, author of The Superhero Comic Kit.
The winner will receive a copy of Superhero Comic Kit by Jason Ford and art supplies. Second and third places each win a copy of Superhero Comic Kit.
KS2 – Design a banner for a protest.
Protest movements have made positive changes throughout history. Think about something that means a lot to you – maybe climate change or food poverty and design a banner that you could take along to a protest. This competition will be judged by Alice and Emily Haworth-Booth, authors of Protest! How People Have Come Together to Change the World.
The winner will receive a copy of Protest! by Alice and Emily Haworth Booth and art supplies. Second and third places each win a copy of Protest!
