Hello.  I have the privilege of being the Headteacher of Sabden Primary School in the beautiful Ribble Valley at the foot of Pendle Hill and have worked here for 5 years.  My teaching experience has been very varied across my career from teaching Service Children in Germany to working at one of the smallest schools in the country. 

 

I am so proud to lead Sabden Primary and am ever eager to further develop our school and give every child the best possible support for a lifetime of learning.  I am passionate about giving all children opportunities to enjoy the wider curriculum such as visits and visitors, using the locality and further afield to enhance learning and ensuring that we use out time both in and out of school creatively.

Outside of school hours I enjoy cooking and baking, theatre and eating out.  I love to travel, with Scotland and Cornwall regular holidays but really enjoy half terms spent wandering around a European city.
