Hi, I'm Mrs Black.  After having a family of my own I decided to pursue a career as a teaching assistant, and I can quite honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have made.

Throughout my 10 years at Sabden Primary School I have had the pleasure of supporting children across the whole school from Nursery to year 6.  An advocate for mental health and wellbeing, I also offer support for children in school both socially and emotionally.

Outside of school I enjoy long country walks, my biggest walking achievement to date is conquering all 886 metres of Pen Y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales. I love spending time with my family and holidaying abroad, particularly the Greek islands which I hope will become my home one day.
