I went to university to study a BA Combined Honours Degree in Early Years & Special Needs, then I went on to complete a PGCE in Lower Primary at Lancaster University.

Hello, my name is Hannah Thompson and I am the KS1 teacher. My career began as a nursery nurse, then I went on to be a teaching assistant and this inspired me to train as a teacher.

 

I went to university to study a BA Combined Honours Degree in Early Years & Special Needs, then I went on to complete a PGCE in Lower Primary at Lancaster University. I qualified in 2014 and spent some time as a supply teacher before teaching Reception for 3 years. I love teaching at Sabden Primary, the children inspire me every day and they amaze me with their individual talents.

My hobbies include reading, walking, going on bike rides, eating out and spending quality time with my husband and our three children.
