The Pupil Premium Grant is additional funding provided by the Government to help schools improve the educational outcomes of disadvantaged pupils in England.

Schools receive funding for pupils who are eligible for free school meals, have been eligible within the last six years, are looked-after children or have previously been in care. The funding is used to provide targeted support, interventions, resources, and enrichment opportunities that help pupils achieve their full potential.

At our school, we carefully plan and monitor the use of Pupil Premium funding to ensure it has a positive impact on pupils’ progress, attainment, wellbeing and wider opportunities.
